I have had the pleasure and honor, if memory serves me right, to accompany seven agencies I’ve mentored over the years to the stage as finalists for this prestigious award. Two of these agencies had the joy of winning the Marketing Award.
It’s a privilege I hope to experience again this year with another agency I closely follow, as these recognitions confirm we are on the right path—committed, visionary, and consistent.

I’ve been participating in Inmociónate for many years, having only missed the first edition—sometimes as a simple spectator, but mostly as a speaker in Master Classes or on the main stage.
Undoubtedly unforgettable was 2019, when I had the honor and pleasure of launching my book, El Árbol de las Ventas, for the first time.

Inmociónate is connected to many emotional moments for me. It is an international showcase, which in recent years has also extended across the ocean, opening doors to increasingly broad and enriching exchanges.
The growing participation of colleagues from Latin America—countries such as Argentina, Mexico, Ecuador, and Panama—is a clear signal that the real estate industry has no borders and grows synergistically through events like this. Ideas, projects, and operating models crossing the Atlantic not only inspire but also help us view our daily work through fresh eyes.
A very special greeting this year goes to the delegation of Argentine Realtors, whose presence grows larger and more committed each year. They’ve been allocated an entire breakout session, recognizing their strong bond with this international event.
And sincere thanks to all the new colleagues and friends the real estate industry gives us each year. Because the true novelties aren’t only what we take home but also those that transform us internally—new stimuli, new questions, and fresh energy to share.
