The CRS Italy «WE ARE MORE 2023» Convention: A Day of Celebration and Growth in the Real Estate Sector

On December 1st, the CRS Italy community celebrated its annual «WE ARE MORE 2023» conference with joy and dedication. This year the event was held in Rome, attracting industry professionals for a full day of celebration and learning.

Barbara Mazzoni, CRS Italy Ambassador for 2024, led the entire day with enthusiasm and expertise, making the meeting an unforgettable moment.

The opening of the conference featured warm greetings from Tricia Nekota, RCC USA President for 2023, and Jeff Hornberger, RRC CEO, who appearing by video, warmly introduced the conference to the day’s long proceedings.

One of the most significant moments was definitely the awarding of CRS International Certificates to those who successfully completed the four modules of the REAP program in the current year. This gesture not only honored their commitment but also underscored the CRS community’s dedication to continuing education and professional excellence.

Special thanks go to the FIAIP National Association, its Presidency – National and Honorary – Council and General Secretariat and all the collective and organizational staff, not forgetting Raffaele Dedemo, National Delegate for Relations with the NAR, for his support and cooperation in organizing the various REAP courses held throughout the year.

During the morning, the focus was on a major legal issue with a talk by attorney Ciro Fiore, an expert in real estate. His presentation delved into the concept of «Essential Term» and offered attendees the opportunity to enrich their knowledge on important aspects of noncompliance in the preliminary purchase and sale agreement.

In the late morning, the focus then shifted to a panel discussion masterfully led by Armando Sacco, of EXP Italia, with the participation of real estate experts such as Valentina Bodini, broker of Coldwell Banker, Giacomo Piergentili, Barbara Mazzoni Realtor CRS, and Marco Caponi, General Manager of Euromq.it.

The topic addressed, «Ethics and Excellence: a Sustainable Future for Real Estate«, stimulated a lively and thoughtful discussion among everyone in the room.

Experts shared their perspectives on the crucial role of ethics in real estate and stressed the importance of pursuing excellence to ensure a sustainable future and better service for clients.

Another highlight of the day was certainly the «Silver Bullet Solution» course taught by Mike Selvaggio, Past President RRC and Certified CRS Instructor, an experienced broker. The course offered an in-depth overview of winning solutions in the real estate industry, equipping agents with practical tools to face daily challenges and achieve professional success.

The CRS Italy Convention «WE ARE MORE 2023» offered not only business dynamics, but also the opportunity to experience moments of networking and interchange of techniques and working ideas among all those present.

In the end, for everyone, it was also a true collective birthday, dedicated to celebration and togetherness experienced throughout the conference and protracted into the dinner organized for all present at the end of the conference.

The positive energy, knowledge sharing and connections made during this day helped to further strengthen the fabric of the CRS Italy community.

As the event came to a close, it was evident that all participants were more inspired and prepared to face the challenges in an increasingly dynamic and competitive real estate industry.

We eventually took our leave with the announcement of the next date, set for early December 2024, and wishing each other sincere best wishes for the upcoming holiday season.

As CEO CRS Italy, I can only express my deepest joy and pride in being part of this extraordinary community of Italian Realtors.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all those who, while working behind the scenes, contributed to the success of this wonderful event.

Heartfelt thanks also go to those who, unfortunately, could not attend in person, but still showed their support by sending warm messages.

I would like to conclude by expressing my personal gratitude to all those who were present, who from Palermo to Bassano del Grappa, from Olbia, and even from Puglia by car, traveled for hours and worked hard not to miss this important event.

Your presence made this event even more special, meaningful and certainly unique.

Thank you
