The «We Are More 2024» Congress, held on December 3 in Milan, was a meeting point for real estate professionals and a unique opportunity to reflect on the values that drive our growth, both personally and professionally. This event was not just a celebratory moment but also a reminder of the profound meaning of learning as a tool for transformation.
Learning Means Growing.
Charlie Chaplin, in his wonderful poem As I Began to Love Myself, reminds us that the path to growth is not linear but is made of awareness and authentic choices. In one of his most touching verses, Chaplin writes:
«As I began to love myself, I freed myself from everything that wasn’t good for my health: people, situations, and everything pulling me down.»
This approach perfectly resonates with the values of the CRS network, where every challenge is an opportunity for self-improvement.
Growing does not just mean overcoming difficulties but facing them with the awareness that every experience, even the most complex, is a step toward becoming the best version of ourselves.
Authenticity, Collaboration, and Respect.
Authenticity and self-respect are the foundations of our success, as I have often emphasized in my talks. In El Árbol de las Ventas, I discuss how authenticity is not a destination but an ongoing process.
Collaborating with other professionals who share our values allows us to build not just a strong network but also a better future for the real estate sector.
As Steve Jobs once said:
«Greatness is not just in building great things but in doing it with people who share your vision.»
CRS Realtors embodies this principle, making collaboration a distinctive element. Our strength lies in learning from one another, growing together, and making a difference. During the Congress, we explored strategies to tackle challenges with passion, reminding ourselves that change, often seen as a threat, is actually a catalyst for progress.
