With a clear mind, I would like to share a few reflections with all of you.
Once again, the real success of We Are More 2025 was made possible thanks to the warmth, energy, and extraordinary participation of each and every one of you.

Over the years, you have turned this congress into an unmissable event—rich in value, inspiration, and a true spirit of community. This gathering has also become an essential milestone for all of us at CRS Italy, as we consider it our association’s “birthday.”

A moment of reunion, yes, but above all a moment of personal and professional growth.

A special thank you and the warmest in bocca al lupo to Maria Luisa Rotondo, our new CRS Ambassador 2026. We wish her a bright year ahead, filled with ambitious projects and outstanding achievements.

With deep gratitude, I want to acknowledge the extraordinary commitment shown this year by Mary Ann Tumiotto, outgoing Ambassador, together with Barbara Mazzoni, Ambassador 2023. Their dedication and professional elegance have been an example to all of us. Thank you both from the heart.

A special tribute also goes to Silvana Maltese, first Ambassador 2023, who could not attend the congress due to personal commitments but was nevertheless honored and recognized with the official certificates.

A heartfelt and sincere thank you to Giacomo Piergentili for his invaluable collaboration in organizing the event. His attention to detail, constant presence, and reliability contributed fundamentally to the success of the congress: an irreplaceable pillar in the structure of our beloved association.

Warm thanks also to our dear attorney Ciro Fiore, who has always supported us with expertise and generosity at all our training events.

Marketing Award 2025

A special acknowledgment goes to Valentina Bodini, Daniel Pigozzo, and Armando Sacco for presenting and launching their projects with great enthusiasm and quality as part of the Marketing Award 2025.

The Marketing Award, together with the Solidarity Award, an important new feature of this year’s congress, will be officially launched in February 2026 for all those who wish to participate and present their campaigns at the next We Are More.

We also extend a heartfelt welcome to the stars of the most emotional moment of the event: the awarding of the new 2025 certificates. We proudly welcome the new CRS-certified members who today become part of our great professional family:

A congress where each of us has the opportunity to demonstrate our mindset and critical spirit, completely free from any associative bias.

We must also remember and thank Rich Sands, who guided us through the afternoon training session with his invaluable insights on negotiation.

Thank you from the heart for being with us, for your exceptional professionalism, and for signing your name in the memory book of this congress.

A special greeting also goes to our new RRC President, Teresa Pitt, and to CEO Jeff Hornberger, who sent us their warm video messages, reminding us once again how strong the bond is between CRS Italy and the great international family of the Council. A big “see you soon” at Sell-A-Bration 2026 in Dallas.

Special thanks also to the greetings sent by Francis Fernandez, General Director of SIRA Spain, whom we look forward to meeting again at the next Inmocionate 2026 in Barcelona.

Unforgettable as well were the two dinners of our Roman evenings—moments filled with joy, stories, smiles, and plenty of cacio e pepe, coda alla vaccinara, and even a few tagliatelle with “fake truffle.”
Moments of conviviality that strengthen our sense of belonging even more.

As I mentioned, this edition of We Are More will remain in a special place in our memory and in our hearts forever.
